I quit taking oral Vit C quite a few months ago but was tempted to take it just at this time to see if it might lessen my pain or something. I'm probably better off with just Acerola Cherry powder.
I seem to have less bowel tolerance to oral Vit C at this time, possible because I've detoxed my bowel with IF1 and IF2. Only a tsp or so caused loose stools. I used to take TBSs of it and not get loose stools.
