Re: The Week From Hell

Hm, how about 4 coffee enemas, 2 back to back, twice a day?

Juicing? I'm sure I've read of your juicing previously and owning one.

Echinacea? My advice to anyone with a problem is to drink a whole 1oz bottle. I always get exciting results :)

You should probably spend this weekend figuring out a good natural healing program that works for you and doing it asap!

I mentioned in my previous post that I'm down to one meal a day from doing nourishing protein smoothies, juicing with superfood, and coconut water. By one meal I mean an avocado. It really makes it a lot easier to implement certain healing protocols such as enemas, tinctures, hot/cold therapy, when you're not trying to plan meals. That being because I'm simply not craving food when I'm thoroughly nourishing myself. I can't say for anyone else, but I know the coffee enemas seriously help me with my lethargy/depression/anxiety. It isn't caffeine because I don't come off of it like I would from a cup of coffee. It's like with the snap of a finger, I'm thinking again about what I'm going to do next and future plans etc. I'm thinking my liver is the source and hence the 5 day liver flush. The protein smoothie is just 3/4-1cup almond milk, 1 banana, 2 tbsp brewer's yeast, 6-8 strawberries, and flax oil. I made one for my sis the other day who's a toxic smoker and she came back a few days later craving one! The body speaks. The superfood is so basic it's practically a no-brainer. I went blueberry picking today (3rd day of my liver flush) and was craving raw honeycomb for some reason, so I'm going out for some bee propolis asap, maybe do the same for healthy dose of b-vitamins etc. with signs of depression??

Maybe start nourishing and see where to go from there. Just trying to be of some help since being crippled does not sound fun! My boyfriend just sprained his 3 toes abroad, and I have to make an order with Uny so when he comes back in a week I can help him heal up ;)
