I'm so sorry that you're having to go through this but I am positive that once you get that Herbal Calcium and BF&C you will start to heal SOOOOO much faster!

As far as whether you need the BF&C tincture or oil, I would get both because we know that the tincture heals from the inside, so to me, it would naturally seem as if the oil applied externally on the ankle would promote healing from the outside in, giving you a super duper double healing lol!  

I know you'll be so happy when you're on the other side of all this pain and all those herbals will help to get you there soooo much faster.
