I need to :

NOT take oral Vit C and get loose bowels any more

NOT do as much as I've been doing.

Hire someone to help me with meals and cleaning the cat box, or I'm afraid my ankle may not heal. Do you agree?

MD says it's OK to put some weight on ankle, his nurse says I should not put ANY weight on it right now. I tend to side with her.

MD put a screw it my ankle last week, so I'm not sure. I just feel it's better to play it safe and not risk wasting any time and getting a "malunion" [deformed ankle].
