Hey Joe,
I'm so sorry that you're having to go through this but I am positive that once you get that Herbal Calcium and BF&C you will start to heal SOOOOO much faster!
I just have a quick minute to spend online, lots of pressing stuff to do ;( but I wanted to give you a link to the Herbal Calcium so you could place your order.

I don't presume to speak for Uny but I did talk to her last night and if the forum knew just a tiny smidgen of what is going on behind the scenes everyone would wonder how Uny gets anything done lol! I'm NOT kidding, so I don't think she would be able to place your order for you but since you've now got all the links (no searching), it's just a matter of you putting them in your cart and clicking the order button ;)
Here is a link to the BF&C.

In case you wanted to speed it up even more and help lots with the pain, here is the link to the Deep Tissue Repair Oil.

As far as whether you need the BF&C tincture or oil, I would get both because we know that the tincture heals from the inside, so to me, it would naturally seem as if the oil applied externally on the ankle would promote healing from the outside in, giving you a super duper double healing lol!
I know you'll be so happy when you're on the other side of all this pain and all those herbals will help to get you there soooo much faster.
Abundant blessings,
Willow
Good for you Joe! Healing will be on the way Monday!
These friends of mine (husband & wife) play on several different baseball teams and they've been in playoffs that go on way up into the night. Wednesday night at about midnight, my friend was in the last inning of a playoff game (they were winning) and he slid into 3rd base. When he did, he caught the corner of the base with his clete and went down. He fractured both leg bones, pulled the ligaments off the bone and completely dislocated his ankle. His wife ran over and took a picture of his foot when she saw he wasn't able to get up. She took him to the ER and he had to have plates and pins put in both his leg and his ankle. I'm ordering him all the things I suggested for you so he can start taking them right away.
She showed me the picture of his foot and it looked turned around the wrong way in relation to his leg, it was at an odd angle. From looking at the picture of his foot, I can see just how painful damage to the ankle would be, so I feel for ya Joe.
I am so glad to hear you're NOT going to take vitamin C anymore! I don't know if you've read the links on vitamin C that Uny has posted so I'll link them here just in case you haven't. Absorbic Acid (fake vitamin C) is very dangerous!

If you can afford to hire someone to do those things for you Joe, I'd do it in a hearbeat lol! Heck, why not huh? It stands to reason that the longer you can stay off your foot the faster it will heal. I think it'd be great to have someone help you fix your meals and heck yeah, let someone else do the bending over to feed your furry friends. I'd say that would be tricky, the bending down part because you'd have to put weight on the ankle to balance yourself, at least a little weight. I don't know whether or not you should stay completely off the ankle or walk a little to tell you the truth, I'd probably do what my 'doctor within' was telling me I should do.
Let us know how it's going Joe.
Blessings,
Willow
These are the pictures I was talking about, she just sent them to me.
Hi Joe, one thing that has helped my E, who was also hit by a car and knocked from his bike, is craniosacral adjustment.
(and this, just recently, a few months after the fact)
Although he saw an MD after the event- for insurance/legal purposes- no 'serious damage' was uncovered. It was the CS practitioner who found and reported whiplash..etc. etc.
I also recommend EFT...(and personally, I really like ho'oponopono, since I find with it, the 'miraculous' thing is all forgiveness (which seems to be locked into trauma and hidden) at the root, comes back to forgiving oneself...It's just a big circle that gets smaller and bigger at the same time! thus it turns out there is no one, ever, to blame, and so one's own feeling better equates to others feeling healed as well. All the pain and aching says big time mineral reserve-building: alfalfa, kelp, nettles, lots of green goodness.
good plant fats too...coconut, avocado...
:-)
best,
C
Edit-- EFT might also translate well to ENERGY freeing techique--since it's more about bound-up or detached and skewed bio-energy than it is about "emotions" per se---It's just that perception-experience-belief (+ triggers that resonate and amplify this sum) altogther adds up to pain of one or many sorts.
