Yes I've found posts on this forum relating to adrenal fatigue to be more useful than the adrenal fatigue forum itself... I'm pleasantly encouraged to find that people here are more responsive and helpful than other forums I've come across on CZ! It makes me feel better even though the past few days I've felt like I was really fighting a losing battle. I will try the hawthorne and maybe if the raining eases up I'll go to the park today and plant my feet in the mud until my grounding equipment arrives =)
