Re: Sleep and adrenal fatigue

When my AF was bad, just getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom would make my heart pound. I found taking some hawthorne capsules ( I usually get Solaray or Nature's Way brand) would get rid of it very quickly. Even just climbing the stairs to take a nap would do it. Once I was just so exhausted, I didn't get up to take the hawthorne and when I woke up about 45 minutes later, my heart was still pounding. That settled the issue for me. Until I am completely well, I keep a couple of bottles of hawthorne (one upstairs and one downstairs) and would take 3 times daily when my AF was bad and even when I woke up in the middle of the night if I needed to. Now that I'm better, I'm not taking it as often, because I forget and my body doesn't ask for it.
