You want to disregard even thirst which is known to not be a reliable indictator of dehydration anyway? Have you read the symptoms of dehyrdation?? funny but they pretty much exactly match "detox symptoms" and funny how those symptoms went pretty much away with upped fluid intake.
But hey whatever. Why not just fast on air and train the body to live on that ? try that few months and get back to me on how it works out.
