Re: Water question
Interesting theories on the detox. So I feel great for 20 days and then I cut my water down and all of a sudden I feel lightheaded and now its detoxing?
There is NOT ONE SHRED OF SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT DETOXING EVEN EXISTS.Its mostly mystical mumbo jumbo.
Go read the symptoms of dehydration over again or I can link them.
You are not weak from detox. You are weak as body switches over to fat burning possibly but not from detox. Wife didn't suddenly start detoxing 13 days into her fast. She drank more juice and more water and felt fine since. Your theory is based on faith but not science. Why is fasting always made into some mystical thing? Getting close to GOD type of thing. Because people fasted in the bible? Not everyone believes everything they read in the bible either.
Not everyone believes in God or the same God.
And it is well know that people that drink only when thirsty can become seriously dehydrated. Thirst is not reliable.
I do believe that will solve various health problems from fasting. Most of which are related to being overweight.
I have not had any mystical experiences on this fast, heard no voices but hey always try to keep an open mind.
But if you can actually give me proof detoxing exists other than your beliefs it does please give it to me.
Otherwise regardless of if
Shelton has fasted two or one million people I have to think that on the water question he was likely mistaken. Now at least he didn't recommend zero water. Feel free if you want to try 20 day fast with no food and water. Keep us posted on how that goes.
Anyway don't want to argue of course this isn't debate forum so apologize. The faster has to decide what he wants to do. He can read the link I posted to
Shelton and he can of course listen to any of you. I am not claiming to be an expert. I just know that I drank 8 to 10 glasses of water today and the detox theory holds no water pun intended to me.
