I saw your post on here. I am not sure where you live, but you should definitely explore colonics. Especially since you mentioned you have gas, bloating etc. Check out http://www.colonspas.com
Here are some other tips,
Pick up chlorophyll with mint flavour (at your health food store) mix some of this into water everyday it will help freshen your breath and help decrease gas.
Start taking probiotics every day. You may have a bacterial issue with not enough good flora in your bowel to keep you healthy.
You may have food allergies and might consider doing an elimination diet.
Laxatives irritate and harm your good bacteria in your body, stop using them. If you choose not to do colonics at the very least do enemas at home.
