Hey, I have pretty much the same conditions as you.
I went to an herbalist and he recommended juicing a cup of green cabbage every day for my mother who has h pylori
So I joined her as well, I didn't notice anything at first but as I kept drinking it I realized my bb was gone! I didn't have a nasty taste in my mouth, and the sporadic times where I can smell a leak of gas (apart from the usual fbo) was gone as well.
I gave up on the supplements, all I do is drink this every morning and stay away from irritants and even my limpy hair came back to life.
Right now I ate crap for 4 days straight since it was Thanksgiving break and the Bo is starting to come back, so for ur gas u should regulate what you eat.
Seriously don't think of suicide.
