just assess your own eliminations... are you regular? Do you excrete about the same volume of waste that you consume?
Do you sweat normally when you are warm\hot?
Do you urinate normally?
Do you breathe normally and have good cardiovascular health?
etc.
If so, you are likely eliminating just fine and do not need to think about it with the exception perhaps of the occasional three day fast... I like the three day apple fast that Edgar Cayce recommended, and that Dr. Ben Kim and others have latched onto.
Other than that, if your stool gets a little too dry, add a few pinches of Epsom Salt to your water, and\or meals till you are back to normal.
