Re: Is it possible to stop degenerative disc disease?

>>"I turn 51 today, I do not know if the healing process is slower at this age, however I choose to beleive that it is not."<<

Happy B-day :-)

And... you are right. Healing can be just as fast at 51, as it was in your early 20's if you apply yourself, avoid toxins, while ensuring quality, nutrient dense foods and whole food supplements where necessary.

Some *cleansing* may be in order... however, YOU want to *build* and *renew* tissue, so use common sense and do not over do it so much that your body breaks down.

That is why I prefer things that gently keep things moving to cleanse, rather than the organ *purges* that are so often touted.

>>"I see that I have a lot of experimentation ahead, to find the correct balance and approach for me."<<

I am very happy that you understand that *you* must take the reigns and responsibility for your own health and well being. Do not do things that make you feel bad\worse... and be careful not to overdo those things that make you feel better and you will do very well.
