Re: Is it possible to stop degenerative disc disease?

>>"What is your opinion on having an occasional beer or glass of wine?"<<

No problem... home made is all the better. I do prefer organics, however do *really* like a few microbreweries around here that I am very familiar with their brewing practices.

*Four Peaks* brewery is one such... I also enjoy the beer made by the New Belgium Brewery in Colorado.

Wine is my father-in-laws home made, or organics I can find locally. AZ has a growing wine industry... with many very small organic wineries... interspersed among small organic farms in some areas.

>>"Do you eat any bread and if so what type?"<<

I go for sprouted whole grain breads... I try to get old world grains if possible. Mom makes good bread too :-), especially her sourdough - ain't nothing in the stores like it IMO.

If any of these things cause you the slightest discomfort health wise, don't indulge.

I may have 1 - 2 drinks a week... usually *A* beer... but at times a glass of wine or a *premium*, small batch bourbon on the rocks.

I figure, if I only indulge on occasion, I am going to drink the best... quality and taste wise.

It is rather common for me to refuse a beer, wine, or drink if the *product* offered does not live up to my standards. It has got to be worth my while and enjoyable.
