It is 33 Volts regulated only with 150 ohm resistor and the lamp - not enough for the latest recommendation of 1mA per square inch of anode wire.

You can remove the lamp and resistor and plug in this current regulator circuit instead:

Tip: I used adjustable POT resistors so you can adjusting according the size of your anode silver wire.
