a 35v 22uf in the parts lists. Can i use

Yes that is correct 35V 22uf will work instead of the 50V 22uf one.

Yes it is a 150 ohm (not 150k ohm) - Thanks for noticing that it is not in the part list. this resistor is used in silver colloid making circuit which I did not used in my build because of the size of the case - it did not fit in. You should select larger enclosure if you want this circuit in your built.
(I use AC to DC 30V adapter to make my Colloidal Silver . So I did not needed that, and if you are on the road, you can always use 3 batteries in series to hook up to your silver wires. So I did not felt it was urgent to have it in my box.)

I just build my own water structuring device based on Clayton Nolte Ultimate Structured Water design theory http://www.ultimatestructuredwater.com/
(glass marbles and sacred geometry (markaba - 10 pointed star)) I build it with PVC parts from Home Depot. The Ultimate water is also made from PVC material - Clayton explains in his Q&A that the water molecules will enclose things that are against life and carry it out until it binds with like-same material in nature and it will carry life supporting elements on top of the water molecule.) Glass marbles create small vortexes as water passes by them thus breaking down water program created in water supply pipes in to a purer simpler nature intended structures.
I am still testing my unit in the yard (5 days) and I have already noticed small thing in my pet's water dish that stays outdoors all year long and collects roof water had thick algae scale dirt at the bottom that became 95% percent clean by just running house into it (after structured water sat in it for 2 days), That never happened before - we had to use a rag and scrub it down every year.
