About dairy, how about cream and butter? is it a complete no-no as well?
How long does it take before you add fermented dairy?
May I know how you make yourself full? I tried not to eat carbo yesterday (only eggs, vegetables, coconut and liver broth btw) and I am really really hungry (can't sleep well) Sorry, i think I am too accustomed to carbo to make me feel full :)
