DO NOT USE FOS!!!!!

There are people out there who say FOS is bad, and they are right, but they also chalk up all prebiotics to being FOS. They are not. INULIN is long chain and will not feed bad bacteria.

Ructooligosacharides are usually short chain and will also feed the bad bacteria. You want long chain.

You can get while chicory from mountainrose herbs, or now has straight inulin, which is the prebiotic that you want. It will feed the bifido bacteria.

Custom Probiotics is a guy in california. He has some good stuff from what I hear. I ordered his 11 strain GAPS formula. Should be here tomorrow. It's 260 billion per serving.

I am also using prothera klaire labs. I ordered it through my doc. You have to have a doc who has an account with them. They have some prebiotics that are good. One balances th1 and th2 immune response which is unbalanced with dybiosis. I am starting that this week with the probiotics.

Just so you know, probiotics you supplement are transient. Meaning they don't stck around. But they do make the conditions favorable for our good bacteria to come back, and they crowd out the bad. Having good fiber in your diet, and prebiotics will feed the good bacteria and help to re establish your own, and get the bad numbers down.

Google BRASCO BROTH. THat is a good broth to start with.
