I did research schultz's protocol, and it wasn't for me. He doesn't have a good enough success rate. He himself says he only has a ten percent success rate.

I am getting farther doing a diet that provides all the necessary components to heal my gut. I don't believe you can heal without proper fat, and in a depleted state, vegetables do not contain enough protien.

There are so many ways to approach a health issue, and I found the right one for me. It's working and I have a doctor who has seen much success. And it doesn't involve anything extreme.

There is so much more known now than when schultz put his video's together. Unfortunately I completely disagree with his no animal fat advice. Animal fat is healing. Research weston a price's work. He did more than schultz ever did.
