Re: Meat-lovers may pack on the pounds
RyanD,
Your comment..........
"I never met a vegetarian or vegan who didn't have an agenda!"
Well you have now. There is always a first time for everything I suppose.
"Omega 3 deficient diet"!!
Hardly. I take Flax-seed oil and Hemp-seed oil both rich in omega 3's.........

You may find it of interest that Dr Johanna Budwig only used flax-seed oil in combination with a sulphurated protein, (rather than fish oils), as the best combination in her successful anti-cancer protocol.
Seems to me though, you have an anti-vegetarian/vegan agenda or you would not comment that I have a nutrient-deficient diet.
If you are not aware of it, todays soils are nutrient-deficient for a number of reasons; this means that both meat and veggie diets are deficient in one way or another.
Have never had a deficiency in 30 years of any kind, including B12, but do use quality supplement/s: D3 being one, in achieving/maintaining an optimal nutritional status.
In comparison to prescription drugs, they are dirt cheap and very very affordable. Even for you.
