Re: Meat-lovers may pack on the pounds
why not take the high ground and stick with the positive studies about your beliefs and stop bashing what other people believe in. It doesn't suit you.
That is good advice for all of us to take, including those who are bashing Chris, who I consider to be one of the better members of this website. I may not always completely agree with Chris, but I certainly appreciate all of the great information and advice he has posted regarding fasting, Vitamin D3 and yes, the value of consuming plenty of healthy vegetables. I happen to know Chris rather well, and I can tell you right now that he has no untoward agenda nor is there one cent in financial motivation involved. He simply wants to share his experience, views and research to help people live longer, healthier and happier lives - the same as I do and the same as I wish everyone would do.
None of us have all the answers and our personal experiences, knowledge and beliefs vary widely. The only absolute truism is that good health is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Naturally, many of us are likely to disagree on many issues. When we do, it would behoove all of us to try to do it civilly.
My two cents.
