Hi - I totally understand where you are coming from. It's a very difficult thing to deal with, and I wish I had a solution that would make things better, but unfortunately, I'm looking for one myself. What I can say is that the best thing to do, in my opinion, is try to ignore it as much as possible, so that you are still able to concentrate on your work and get it done. That said, I know how hard that is!!! At least today is Friday:)
