There is a lot more diet going on here. If we look at the longest living individuals worldwide they all have one thing in common, and it is not diet. It is the lack of stress. Look at George Burns for example. Lived to be over 100 despite his cigars. But he was always calm and did not let things get to him. Stress will kill people much faster than poor diet.
