Yes that is what the article said????? But the fact is the original article which seems to be conveniently forsaken has not been fortified by anything I have read in this thread.
It might interest you to know that any farmer in Okinawa big or small has a pig in the poke!! And yes Chrisb1 I will be there to except that card if you are able to send it, I'm sure! I'll probably be on the other side of 100 by then.
If you check the records and Asian possibly an islander near Okinawa a Guinness book of world records man lived to 112 eating only pickled eggs and sardines, he also smoked and consumed a daily shot of Saki. Go figure.
