Re: Report RUBBISH. RAW ORGANIC / WILD MEAT IS KING.

goodsamaritan55,
Q. I am not pure raw vegan?

A. Correct: but for 30 years I would only have steam-cooked vegetables in the winter. This breaks down the cellulose and makes digestion easier.
I did eat a totally raw vegan diet in the Spring, Summer, and Autumn (fall), with no digestive issues because of adhering to proper food combining principles. No B12 issues or deficiencies either during the whole of that time.

Q. I eat meat? But only some meat within the last 9 months or so, and then only wild-caught pacific salmon for its DHA: the body does not convert ALA very easily into this EFA. DHA deficiency is associated with the development of Parkinsons disease. Also some organic Chicken as well since that time.
Meat occupies about 2% to 3% of my diet now.
There is now a product on the market that provides DHA from algae, so as soon as the price drops, I will give-up salmon and chicken as well.

Q. I am an omnivore?

A. Perhaps. Perhaps not. Labels are usually meaningless and spark controversy and debate.(Like now) !!!

Q. You RAIL against the 100% pure RAW VEGAN PROPONENTS.

A. That is an issue of your own, but not one to be forced upon others.
