thank you for letting me know that I am an Omnivore. I wasn't aware you had extra sensory perception, or even aware I was one.
In my current state of health I do not actually need meat except for the DHA content of oily fish, which will soon be replaced by algae; I do however have some ample supplies from hemp-seed oil and flax-seed oil.
My original post was merely the report of a meta-analysis of 12 prospective cohort studies which has revealed that high total meat intake increased type 2 diabetes risk 17% above low intake, high red meat intake increased risk 21%, and high processed meat intake increased risk 41%...........................

Eating more meat is not a part of my future plans, and where I aim to be more of a herbivore and/or a lacto-ovo-vegetarian: this includes goats milk and its yogurt/cheeses, plus some organic free-range eggs. Labels are really unimportant and of little significance.
Nothing wrong with the paleo diet if that is your choice, and well done for curing the diseases you have mentioned: yes, you have certainly been around a bit if you have contracted as many diseases as that.
You are probably in need of a water-only-fast to reduce/eliminate your levels of toxemia as being the root cause.
