Re: Polish delicacy

chris believe people recently learned how to cook meat. Yesterday I asked the father as it once seemed. Answered (Years 50-60). Raw meat with salt cured ham, mainly, or smoked in the smoke (not boil), drying (this game is only a delicacy, the piercing, unfortunately, not many people can afford. Such meat is very expensive). People started to cook with the convenience that the meat was ready to eat faster. That does not mean better!
When I was little my grandmother, mother gave me a raw egg in the form of Kogiel-Mogi
Classic KOGEL-mogel is made of two hen egg yolks and three tablespoons of sugar together thoroughly beaten. Alternative add-ons include honey, rum, whipped cream, cocoa and raisins. Nobody cried then, that salmonella. Now, haunted by the people such things ect (although possible)

and many other delicacies like rabbit pate, egg Viennese, lard with the bacon

Let every man what it believes that gives him strength: D
