waterdesign,

just to let you know, rebounding can be performed at any age at any fitness or strength level.........even during the refeeding period. Just leave out the PACE part until after refeeding is over (at least the same number of days if not slightly more than the fast itself).

It is the most gentle, beneficial and rewarding exercise there is: the ONLY exercise recommended by NASA for their astronauts.

Mighty listed many of them so good for him.
