I'm on Day-12 of Refeeding after a 40-Day fast and I've gained about 4-lbs back (lost 33). I am getting hungrier and besides the broth, have started eating pureed soups (usually w/ abt 3-4 ingredients e.g. shallots, celery, asparagus and dillweed and good salt).
I'm eager to get back to my gym routine, but my body is not strong enough to even get up effortlessly if i'm sitting on the floor. My thigh muscles actually tremble if I strain them too much. So for now, I walk an hour a day. Can't wait to be stronger so I can do the PACE Chris suggested.
