No, I havent yet broken the fast- I am on day 24 of 28 though, so am getting pretty excited!
I think its definitely a mind vs body thing- what I crave may be a little much for what I can handle! I really appreciate all the advice.
I thought bananas would be good in terms of potassium?
Also, does anyone have any thoughts on weight gain? I am curious as to what the rough figures would be just from having food in my alimentary canal again/restored water weight.
