My post-fast plan... feedback please!

Does this sound like a reasonable plan for the first week of my refeeding (following a 28 day fast... only 5 days to go!!)

Breakfast: Apple. Watermelon.

Lunch: Apple. Banana.

Dinner: Apple. Avocado.

I will still continue to drink plenty of water. I do not plan to do a whole lot of juicing, but will break the fast with juice for breakfast on the first day, not introducing solids until lunchtime.

This is low in calories (I calculated about 700-800 day) but quite bulky with lots of fiber- is it the right amount of food to shoot for? I dont want to overwhelm my body but am so keen to regain my strength.

Would a plan like this be likely to lead to weight gain, maintenance, or loss? After this week, I am going to start to introduce more veggies, fat, meat, dairy etc, and hope to have a normal eating pattern, albeit a very clean one, within about 2-3 weeks. I don't have an issue with overeating or bingeing, but I'm still very nervous about regaining weight.

Does anyone know how much I can expect to gain, purely through my body adjusting to food again? I imagine that's at least 2 or 3lbs.

Any feedback on my plan would be very welcome. I know it's quite limited on foods, but these are the fruits I've really been craving. I am not a big fan of vegetables and feel that psychologically, I need food rather than juice. So yes, I recognise that it lacks variety, but I cant help but feel that after 28 days on water, I am entitled to enjoy my favourite produce!!

Thanks in advance... best wishes to all you fasters!

Take care,

Lilac
