IMO this is very heavy food to start re-feeding. First day you should just suck on an organic ornage juice and slowly build up. Most fasters use this method. Thenyou can have a whole orange and then apple etc.
Banana is a heavy fruit, may be good for week 2. You can also add salads in week 2.
