Persistant contrails (chemtrails) have been observed in several locals across the United States and other parts of the globe, it isn't just in LA. I live in LA and I see these chemtrails almost daily (not many today however, thank goodness). The last month or so we have been heavily sprayed with something. What we need is proof that something is being released, not just normal water vapor or contrails. I'm going to get some standing water tested after I leave it out for a couple of weeks to see if there are elevated levels of aluminum or barium (two of the most commonly mentioned metals that are part of the chemtrail). They have found dangerously elevated levels of these things elsewhere... Mt. Shasta CA for one and recently in Phoenix AZ also.
