Yet another question that I haven't seen any believable answers too, as yet, thanks Cisco.
I have seen photos of so called HAARP formation clouds as well, and surprise, surprise, they look remarkably like, well pretty much exactly like, what we have always called a mackeral sky, entirely natural, usually predictive of a coming thunder storm. Even the Australian Aboriginals had names for these cloud formations for 1000's of years.
Photos and videos can be manipulated very easy with the digital technology of today, which is why I tend to take these productions with a hefty handfull of salt.
