CK rspds> We live in an area where there can be a fair amount of traffic in the sky. Some of it military. Most of it is just where commercial air traffic occurs. I mean, we can get at times a lot of west coast traffic either heading to DIA, or the airlanes happen to be routed over us in Colorado as east and west coast traffic intermingles. Not uncommon to see 20 contrails in the sky at one time. They almost always never last for more than a few seconds before they dissolve. And of course, spew very bad things into our atmosphere. This is all too obvious.

Since I was a kid, I've always noticed how contrails appeared far more pronounced during seasonal changes, or days that through simple observation are ideal days to promote pronounced contrails. I suppose I could want to believe that these contrails are chemtrails on these particular days because the weather conditions are ideal to produce these iconic jet trails, hence the PTB get together and say "today is the day we are going to mace the public because weather conditions are ideal.

It is hard for me to buy into that however. I just have learned that during seasonal changes, and certain weather conditions, a jet has a far greater chance of producing these trails. It's kinda really is predictable imo. Since I was a kid.

CK rspds> I wonder too. Living in a high density military area, of active duty, a slew of retirees from all branches, and knowing many in passing or as friends, and this includes a lot of pilots which is not unusual since the Air Force Academy is a few minutes away, NORAD, Petersen Field, in all of my engagements with so many, even when I bring this up, not one person has crossed over and even suggested some kind of Conspiracy towards chemtrails. Maybe I am not looking or asking hard enough, but sooner or later I would think in all my acquaintances, over years, this would come out. Nary a whimper. That is just my personal experience. Somewhere, somehow, someone I would think would be able to connect enough dots and make enough noise that even Katie Couric could not, not report on it. Where are they?

Something else is worrisome about this. Why in the world would people involved in this supposed activity spray their own people, their own families? That doesn't make sense to me. If this Conspiracy is so widespread, someone sooner or later would get uncomfortable I think and want to speak about having sprayed grandma and grandpa, or the sister's family, or fer crissakes, mom, or whatever.

One last thing that just makes me grimace. When I first decided to research the idea of chemtrails, there is NO doubt in my mind we are spewing bad things in the atmosphere. Good lord yes. When I came across some initial sites talking about the metal composites that rain down on us, and their "analysis", the word aluminum showed up a lot. Simple searches revealed that many years ago, some kind of aluminum composite material had been introduced to jet fuels to improve mileage. Hm, that was easy. It didn't take long for me to wonder, why did this never seem to make it into these chemtrail websites?

In my scant study of this, seemed really obvious. That yes, metals and chemicals were being spewed from jet engines, sure. After the oil embargo in the 70s, fuel economy became topical. Aluminum additives were put into jet fuels to improve mileage. says so all over the internet. Sucks for the environment, animals, humans. But an explainable thing. Chemtrail conspiracies sprung up claiming metals among other things from the sky. But there seemed to me to be a convenient reluctance to connect those dots. More like a gaping omission.

Do I think conspiracies exist? Absolutely. Do I think the gubmint has created some vile toxins and delivery systems? I know so... the Pueblo Army Depot is about 45 miles from here, and it is a huge repository of deadly toxins that were created over decades to do just that, and it is a mega issue as the gubmint works to destroy these toxins safely (hah, as oxymoron-ic thing that was ever said). Do I think very bad things are coming out of jet engines and fuels? Totally do.

And am I troubled by the idea that chemtrails are the Conspiracy on the scale that some people claim them to be? Yup. To create the not insignificant infrastructure that would have to exist, and do this over many years, without someone eventually becoming upset up over fumigating dear old mom and dad... yeah, that doesn't resonate for starters.

I do not have nearly the knowledge to compete with those who are far more researched on this. But in this case, some of this just does not add up.

One last little niggling thing about all this. Where is the money trail?

When nuclear power plants were built in communities and we're told "It's safe, it's ok", and 40 years later after a lot of people expire from off the chart diseases and afflictions, or when chemical plants are built around Houston, New Orleans, etc, and people expire over years, all track able, or when drinking water is ruined by corporate behemoths just about everywhere one can point to, and people incur bad diseases and worse, and food supplies, and and and... these things can be trended over time...

.... and in all these....

.... it is practically a given there is almost always a money trail.

So, where is the money trail in chemtrails? That is troublesome at least to me.

I only know what I know which is not much. Too many things just don't sync up on this one.

By the way, we had one of those seasonal change days where the atmosphere was in the right posture to have jets zipping overhead produce these dramatic, long lasting trails. Now, after months and months of these dramatic trails not occurring over our heavily air trafficked area (these months and months were called by the way, winter) I didn't give it a second thought but knew that today, and I knew this yesterday, that we would have dramatic jet trails. And what a coinky dink. We had jet trail dramas all over the sky. So, how did I know this? I'd like to think I am psychic. Possible that I am part of the chemtrail conspiracy engine. Unfortunately the answer is boringly simple. Because as a kid, I observed it. And over time, it's always been like this.

It was the weather kids.
