 I'm not sure I understand your question. It seems pretty obvious to me what coming forward is. There were kids raised in illuminati homes that came forward, x-cult members, x-government assassins, x-CDC doctors, x-_____s. You know what I'm talking about, don't you? They have many derogatory names for them.

As Spud said, there has to be 1,000's of people involved in a conspiracy that large, or as large as they're saying it is anyway. All they'd have to do is report it to the local news, write a blog, post on CZ or write a book.

I'm not sure how all the whistleblowers and X's start coming out of hiding, are you? I'm probably not answering to your satisfaction because I'm not getting the question or intention.
