Spud, At one time I was employed in engineering, we were in this very large building.

One day I noticed these group of engineers (the top nobs) they were trying to work out how they could get this large steel tank into the large workshop to put holes in it with the drill-press, they were floundered.

Along came a cleaner who's job it was to clear all the waste metal such as swathe etc. He heard what was going on and said to one of these top engineers "If you can't get the boiler into the shop to drill it why don't you take the drill-press out to the boiler".

The look on the faces of the experts was a sight to behold.
Yes ideas flow but one does not have to be trained to have them.
