SAM-E has gotten me through some really hard times. Its amazing how it works. You don't feel jittery - or any physically different at all. You don't feel euphoric or slightly high. If you pay attention, you just noticed that your mood has lifted, you've stopped obsessing and being depressed. You just feel better.

In fact if you're not paying attention you might just think you bad mood passed on its own because you're not really feeling anything druggy or different. The only side effect I've noticed is that your joints are less stiff.

And you don't need to take em regularly. When you're feeling bad you take, when not you forget about it. Although sometimes I still take one before bed so i don't wake up obsessing about something. Highly recommended! Tweet
