i will be , nothing else has worked for me - allergic to many more foods than when i first got sick 2 1/2 years ago so decided it is the best way.this constant brain fog feeling (of circulating toxins in the blood effecting the mind) is still constant so im really hoping by stopping food the body can stop attacking these foods and start removing these excess toxins.
