Re: could herbs be thinning the blood?

Hi Spud,

I tend to avoid iron because i'm post menopausal. In the past when trying to give blood they would refuse me because of anemia, and have had several courses of iron because of this problem when i was younger.

I assumed i did not need it now, well supplementation anyway.

That's interesting. Someone on another site asked if i've had my blood glucose level checked.

Not sure why they said that as didn't explain. I haven't had it checked by the way. I don't get symptoms of low blood sugar, except i'm craving chocolate at the moment, which i was off for months, except for a bit of raw.

When i did fast-five fasting, i went until 4pm most days without eating, and did not feel bad or anything, but i suppose the more i get checked out the better.

Good luck for Saturday by the way. Just think it will be all over by Sunday and then you can relax. You might even enjoy it.

Sally
