Re: could herbs be thinning the blood?

Grasman, Hv

I take Armour, that is all. I know it is capilliary weakness, i just don't know what is causing it, or what to do about it.

I'm convinced it is because my Armour was not optimal and i had also reduced it further. I'm now slowly increasing it, and will see if things improve.

As far as nutrition and exercise goes. I walk daily and do pilates. I'm following Hv's advice re herbs for endorcrine system and for increasing flora and stomach hcl. I'm taking K2, vit C, Rosehips, silica, all the stuff recommended for weak capilliaries too.

I've come to the conclusion if thyroid hormone is not optimal, it does not matter what you take, you have to start with optimal hormone, otherwise whatever you take just isn't getting assimilated properly.
Before Armour
I did 6 months on recommended supplements by a hair mineral place, and followed their advice regarding diet and whatever, to get my thyroid working naturally, and it did nothing.
The only thing that got my tissue calcium down from a really high level was the Armour, and then it was only half better.
I've never been optimal, because i've always been trying to get the thyroid to work on its own.
I've had weeks where i got some decent temps in the afternoon, but when i reduced further it was very low and i sufferered aches and pains etc.
I'm also still not sure about the lecithin, i'm sure my temps get worse when taking that. Hv convinced me soya was okay but i'm not sure still.

I've been going about this all wrong, and need to be optimal first, so nutrients are assimilated and then, and only then, do i start decreasing.

I think it could also be a calcium problem, because i know when not on Armour or taking too low a dose, there is no or little calcitonin to utilise it properly, and get it to where it is needed, that is why i had high tissue calcium on test in the past, haven't had one done recently though.

I've ordered some more green superfood powder, which i think really helps me nutritionally, it is all the vitamins and minerals etc in natural assimilated form. I used to get a boost in temps after taking that, but they were out of stock, but now have some in.

I've also just started smoothies, with mixed frozen berries, and added 2 pears and some oatmilk and lecithin, and some wheatgrass powder i'm trying to finish, and it was really nice, so will continue with those.

Not sure what 80G (a serving) of mixed dark berries have in the way of vit C and bioflavanoid. I'm going to add kiwis, and i already have watercress, so don't know what else i can add to boost my C.
I'm also getting some more amla, although did not notice any difference last time i took it.
A few weeks back, i went several weeks without getting the bleeds, and i was taking Ester-C at the time, but can't be certain that had anything to do with it. I thought that wasn't much better than Ab sorbic acid , which Hv says is not stable.

Anyway, can platelet aggression/problem be treated naturally? Do you know?

Thanks
Sally
