Re: End of day 5
Umm, excuse me, with no ill intent, but these are MOVIES. I've seen even movies where the characters thought they were going to die or did die from 2/3 days of not eating (like 2 days for not eating for a thin girl) and like 3 days everybody started dying off from water (and it was a major budget film, pretty good too I thought).
And people act like when they haven't eaten for a small period of time it's death or something real bad.
And lots of times people dying off in water in Hollywood movies (where a lot of propaganda lies, you say... especially how you can look BEFORE where every race was treated with disrespect and out cast by Hollywood (except majority race of whites), tell me that's not propaganda and the world is not run by corruption and propaganda, fluoride in our water?! Chlorine that's destroying the Ozone layer?!)
The body I'm sure can create liquids from solids, for example, a hard substance like a nut, can be put in a blender and can be turned into kind of a milk substance. I'm sure that it can happen inside the body. You know what, The Fasting Doctor on the Fasting Connection made a point that he saw people doing a dry fast gain weight (It could be possible they were doing muscle exercises, please note too that muscle exercises done by people I've read, their muscles don't become sore and they can exercise much better... INCLUDING ME). But remember, people always ask the question how do you gain muscle and how is it so easy, especially since it isn't sore and you can now do MORE reps, blah, blah. Increase in white blood cells and it's using the mucus/stones/reserves, whatever inside the body. Fasting cleans out a lot of these bad substances too, I've read from someone who fasted for 14 days, lost 22lb but was the same size (jean size and stuff) that he was before from measuring.
The Fasting Doctor made a point of oxygen mixing in hydrogen inside the body creating H2o, but I think it's a case of just using that bad stuff, the fats or whatever, turning into liquids.
I am not in taking anything inside me, basically. But you know, my saliva still works and I swallow it.
And also you should listen to your body as #1 guider, people don't work with their body, I remember when I was younger I would signal my body to wake me up at a specific time and guess what, it did! I did it yesterday and same thing happened.
I had to think why I was so afraid to do a
Water Fast or dry fast, ohh yeahh.. all them Hollywood movies scared me out.
I really would like for some people though to confirm or dismiss what I'm saying, maybe The Fasting Doctor himself.
I find it kinda silly that your body needs to heal something small for one year, I always wondered why so long, you know.
Day 4 by the way.
