Good to hear you no longer have dizzy spells! I have been getting them if I stand up too quickly after lying down or sitting for extended periods of time. However, I hear this is quite normal.
I'm with you on missing the taste of food. My sense of smell is amazing. I can smell food cooking a mile away!
By now I figure I am in full on ketosis and healing mode (YAY!) I feel much better than the first few days. My boyfriend is so far supportive although I have not yet told him how many days I plan to go on. I don't want to alarm him because he isn't sure what to think of extended fasts on water alone. I can't wait to show off my results and prove how healthy it is!
