Hey I'm on day 3. I have done a few 30 day fast before and I can tell you after a certain point it's all the same. You can't tell day 30 from day 10. One thing I do find however is I am very organized when I fast. Before this fast I was smoking, and drinking getting behind on my homework at school. Chasing girls around getting heartsick and such. I feel more grounded now that I am fasting. I've been in school today for almost 7 hours I'm a bit worn out now. I'm very hungry but other then not not weak or dizzy or anything, but it's like I said I've done this before. I'm just hoping I have enough weight on me to make it through the whole fast. My scale says 180 but the scale at work says 177. If I get down to 160 I start looking skinny. I also found that's when I start getting light headed and stuff. Anyways I'll check back often.
Ps it's not easy dealing with the cravings at times but just think you'll have food one day you just want to see where this road takes you first.
