Re: Beginning Day 5
At the midpoint of day three.
I'm not sure what this is, but I seem to remember or smell certain foods. I don't know what is going on.
Stuff like cucumber. Potato. Bread. Honey. Caramel Sauce (stuff I really like it seems).
I even smelled Palmer's Cocoa Butter (I put this on my face a few times and body). But it doesn't even end there, I've smelt quite a lot of things and continuing to smell stuff.
I've been thinking too. The raw food diet consists of lots of fruits and lots of easily digestible vegetables. This is good for your body, something easy to digest.
While a smoothie destroys the whole solid and becomes even easier to digest (basically giving people weight and making them feel good). Although whats the easiest thing for digestion it seems is water. Water is so simple to digest.
So smoothies give time for your body to spread the white blood cells out to heal, just like water does.
I am also questioning the need to take water. The army of U.S.A. says that you can live without food for 30-90 days and 4-7 days. But you go insane for the 2-4 days after not consuming water.
Although there are people like Fonty who did 7 days and not only that, EXERCISED (also no showers or skin absorption... and altogether was feeling EVEN BETTER... and could go on for longer)! Another 7 day dry faster on Rawfoodtalk I saw. Plus The Fasting Doctor from
http://www.fastingconnection.com
mentioned he found someone who did a recorded dry fast for 12 days.
How much propaganda have we been really told (and the propaganda lies and list goes further than The Nile, from medicine to non-renewable technology to murders and corruption)?
A lot of people digesting certain chlorine water, fluoride water, water covered in metals or and plastic (you know it tastes disgusting, right). And
additives in mineral/spring water. Going to certain countries, not being able to take their chemically enhanced water and becoming sick (and some people becoming more adjusted to a specific type of chemically infested water).
Some people feel thirsty ALL the time (even with so called water and have tried different water). Some people drink gallons to feel thirsty. I remember ate a certain point I would drink 2 cans of soda a day and be cool, then I increased to 6 or something to keep wanting more (and at them times I only drank SODA, ONLY soda. My hands were always red from not enough water, but once I drank tap water, they wouldn't be red, so how "dehydrated" was I really?).
I've also been contemplating on allergies. Allergies cause certain ailments because of a skin defect or a liver defect or something. Some peoples allergies get knocked out through a fast, so they can now drink milk fine. Some people in Rawfoodtalk mentioned that they had an allergies to something and then for it to cure itself.
Because you got to wonder why SOME problems generate through the course of life and in that course, I've thought of an allergy triggering the response that your parents developed and sent it to you or yourself developing it (auto immune disease function?).
