Thanks for the message, that is encouraging knowing that you can be doing something phisically demanding as going to school for 7.5 hrs. while fasting, probably is because you don't have that many detox sympthoms anymore because of your previous fasts maybe? because I still feel very dizzy, 24/7, but hopefuly by tomorrow I'll be better to start the week.
The cravings, it's weird, I don't have cravings anymore for junk food, however I am having cravings now and weird ideas of stoping the fast (which I'm not) because I am impatient of starting a raw food diet :) so that's good, it seems that my body is telling me that when I start having some food again later, it will be a healty one.
