Oh my god! it's been a hard day!
I just keep reading that day 5 is nice and the world is full of colors :) but yesterday (day4) was the only day I didn't have hunger, but today I started to feel hunger but in a different way, i think i explain it better in my vlog but it's not a craving, it's like I need food!, drinking water doesn't help. I think it can be a consequence of doing 3 days fast every other week since may and I don't have a specific nutrient, but that's not an excuse, I'm going forward, but oh man! it's hard and I'm tired of hunger.
I don't put lime in my water, or cheating at all, I thought it was the water flushes that maybe restarted somehow my digestive tract so I stopped doing that since yesterday. But still hunger...
