Re: Why Over Fat?

Appreciate your encouraging post, SF, thanks so much for taking the time.

I have done many flushes and cleanses for liver, gallbladder, etc., but they were so unpleasant I would probably not do them again. What is a liver slush? Also did the humaworm parasite cleanse for a month as well as the oxypower cleanse. I agree, the digestion must be working or everything else won't. I take digestive enzymes and probiotics pretty regularly. I also changes brands every so often and try different products.

As to food intake, I have one cup of coffee or yerbamate w/dandiblend tea in the mornings and a supplement smoothie, the basis of which is usually OJ or kefir or green drinks, some coconut oil, fish oil, or fresh juice. To that I add my supplements. I have stopped everything recently for a rest and reboot! HA.

Lunch and dinner are green salads with lots of fresh veggies, chicken or beef strips, healthy homemade dressings. OR low carb tortilla wraps filled with lots of greens, lean meats, real cheese, onions, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, etc. Or homemade veggie soups or chilis. Also love salsa, slaws, etc.

No sodas, rarely have sweets, or pastas, or potatoes or other starchy foods. Even when I eat bread, it's sourdough or whole grain. Most of the time, I go for low carb, med. protein & a good amount of healthy fats. Lots of filtered water, sometimes with added Sea Salt . I enjoy a variety of raw foods too. I never overeat, I hate that feeling.

Do deep breathing and the treadmill or dancing, which I enjoy. I am so exhausted, tho, it's a major effort to do anything sustained for very long. Yeah cholesterol is a bit elevated, but I don't believe it's an issue, but mostly hype to sell drugs.

Soooo many issues, so little time. Thanks again!

Marci
