I would never discount overeating, VeryGnawty, because that is obviously one reason. I believe POOR FOOD CHOICES are probably more common nowadays tho. I'm just trying to find the UNobvious reasons why one gains weight and then cannot lose it.

Since I have done and do EAT HEALTHY FOOD and EXERCISE, I know there has to be some OTHER reason I cannot lose the weight. I have my own theories on it, like estrogen dominance, low thyroid, low adrenals, fatty liver, toxins, insulin resistance, inflammation, low grade infection, etc.

I just wanted to hear what others have to say about the subject.
