Re: Why Over Fat?
Marci,
I read your story and read it again.
Oh boy, your have been trying to loose weight many ways.
I would like to know, what may be your average daily food intake?
That would give some idea where the problem or problems are.
I am not talking about specifically either quantity or quality of food.
One advice I would give you about your medications.
You may need to see a doctor to review the blood pressure medication.
The drug you are taking may lower the heart beat and blood pressure but it also elevates your serum cholesterol. Check with your doctor for better drug or combination.
It appears that your metabolism rate is low and the digestive system is only able to break down the nutrients and the body stores them instead of turning into energy.
Because I suspect that your cholesterol is up it would put an extra pressure into your liver adding to your problems.
You need to get your metabolism faster.
My digestive system was in very bad shape few years ago.
Reluctantly I started liver flushes. After the second or third flush my chronic constipation showed sign of easing. My colon needed cleaning as well and some very old and bad-smelling deposits loosened from my intestines a week or to later from start.
Weeks later my digestive track was working very well.
It is the number one issue to have it working well if your wish to loose excess weight.
Keep up the treadmill work and also do the deep breathing in well ventilated place.
It all helps the digestive system to work.
I don’t recommend any short-term diets as a remedy.
They often make things worse after your have finished.
I personally eat wide variety of food, fats and all but limit the quantity strictly!
This is not a diet; it is the way of life for me, keeping my weight within recommended BMI easily.
You can do it!
You have 9 years to go before you reach my age!!
Good luck
SF
Edit: Spelling error corrected on "liver slushes".
BTW, basic
Hulda Clark method was used in more than 20 flushes.
